Date of Remodel (for the Center for Northwest Archaeology): 1963
Use/Function: Pine Manor was built by the Works Progress Administration in 1938 as a men's cooperative dormitory, which was not part of the university housing system. Due to fire safety concerns, the building was terminated as a dormitory in 1963 and was purchased by Washington State University. The building was renovated for the Center for Northwest Archaeology for the Department of Anthropology. The building was demolished in mid-May of 1998.
