Use/Function: It was originally built to serve the biological sciences and geology, to house the museum and provide a temporary home for the Departments of Agriculture, Horticulture and Veterinary Science. Other functions: Botany and zoology laboratories; Operating room for the veterinary students; Communications (e.g., Evergreen offices); Radio Station. This building was also known as “Arts” hall, which housed painting and studios.
