This webinar is part of the Center for Digital Scholarship and Curation’s Spring 2021 Webinar Series.

In this presentation, Michael Wynne (Digital Applications Librarian and Mukurtu Support Specialist) will build on the Mukurtu 100 overview webinar and discuss Mukurtu project planning, and the first steps in setting up a Mukurtu site. The webinar will cover successful project scoping, planning communities, cultural protocols, and categories, documenting digital heritage metadata, planning for media management, and will introduce basic user roles. In addition to discussing the above tools, live demonstrations will be provided. Participants are encouraged to share information about their potential Mukurtu projects, and time will be provided for questions and answers.

To get the most out of this webinar, we recommend you watch the Mukurtu 100 webinar first.

This webinar took place on Tuesday, January 12th, 2021, 10:00-11:30 am PST.
