An Introduction to Scalar as a Digital Scholarship Platform

This webinar is part of the Center for Digital Scholarship and Curation’s Spring 2021 Webinar Series.

In this presentation, Annie Tucker (Education and Outreach Archivist) will explore the use and unique features of Scalar, a free and open source authoring platform. The webinar will provide an introductory overview of how Scalar incorporates born-digital content and narrative text, demonstrate the use of core features, and discuss a sampling of projects that have utilized Scalar to illustrate scholarly research and share complex narratives.
