Stevens Hall

Stevens Hall is the second oldest surviving building after Thompson Hall at Washington State University, the oldest extant dormitory at WSU, and it might be the oldest college dormitory in continuous use west of the Mississippi.

Significance: The second oldest surviving building on campus. It has been used as a women's dormitory since 1896. The building is also on the National Register of Historic Places.

7. Thompson Hall The architecturally distinguished Thompson Hall, originally the administration building, is one of Washington State University’s most recognizable landmarks. Completed in 1895, just three years after the establishment of the college, it is also the oldest surviving building on campus. It is a rare promotional publication or university marketing brochure that fails to include some image of the building.
