Troy Hall, construction, 1924

Looking south at the construction of Troy Hall. The structure's frame is partially complete. Brick walls and wooden flooring are visible as are planted fields and the sparsely developed city of Pullman. Designed by K. Zittle, Troy Hall, WSU building 36, was completed in 1926. Named for David S. Troy, a dairyman from Port Townsend and a WSU Regent, the building served as the campus dairy. Though the main entrance faces south onto College Avenue, most pedestrian traffic enters from the north.
