This was apparently built circa 1925-1925 (ACO occupied it in the 1925-1926 school year). They moved out somewhere between 1958 and 1960, and the building was sold to the Presbyterian Synod. Renamed Koinonia House and then Interfaith House, it served as home to various campus religious groups and unofficial campus student organizations.
